Shipping

Shipping Rates:

All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed accordingly in the checkout page. In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct  shipping address.

For expedited shipping estimated cost will be an estimate and at times it actually ends up being less than quoted, but not always. When shipped, if there is any difference between what was charged and the actual shipping and handling cost, it will be refunded back to you and your invoice will display what was actually charged for the shipping and handling.

Shipping Information:

It is a customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct and proper shipping address is provided on the order; Your order may be delayed if the wrong shipping address is provided. we are not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice.

Military & P.O. Box Addresses:

Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available for APO/FPO P.O. Box addresses.

Returns and Exchanges 
Thank you for shopping at The Cinnamon Motif Boutique! To make an exchange or return an online purchase please refer to the below procedures.  Please remember that return and exchange Policy described below is only applicable to online purchases made through www.cinnamonmotif.com.


Online Purchase Return Policy:

A. RETURNS

Should you receive damaged or defective items, claims must be made within 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date. If you are not satisfied with your order, you must request to claim a return within 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date. ALL PACKAGES MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURES' PACKAGING AND ORIGINAL LABEL. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Customers will assume return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

B. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not available - only store credit is available. Refunds will not be issued. All sales of items marked as "SALE" or have been discounted are FINAL and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
To file a claim on a damaged item or return, please email or call customer service for your return authorization request. If you choose to email, please include your PO# in the subject line and the following information:
  • First and Last Name
  • Address
  • Invoice/Order Number
  • Style Number
  • Quantity & Color
  • Reason for Return
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
All return packages attempted to be delivered without a return authorization (claim) number will be declined and shipped back to the sender. The merchandise must be unworn and be accompanied by the original invoice.  In some occasions, refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or returned due to customers’ error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Please note again, “sale Items” are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.
Please note that shipping charges will be at the expense of the buyer.
Cinnamon Motif will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims AFTER indicated dates.

C. Exchanges

You may return an item for an exchange for a different size or a different item of equal value. No cash refund are permitted.

D. What is a Special-Order?

In an effort to help customers be the first to get a predicted bestseller, some items are listed on the site before we we receive the actual merchandise. These items will have the word "Special Order" appended to the style number and a "PREORDER" banner spanning across the bottom of the style's image.
Typically this merchandise takes anywhere from 10 to 15 days to arrive. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. Limited quantities of the special orders items are available.
E. Do you drop ship?
We do not drop ship.
F. Do you have a showroom?
As much as we’d love to meet you, we do not have a showroom. Since we are solely an e-commerce provider, we want to focus on offering you the best quality styles and pricing daily. With several online marketplaces, our merchandise moves quicker than a showroom may allow. And we don't want to subject our clients to increased pricing because of larger overhead.
