It is a customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct and proper shipping address is provided on the order; Your order may be delayed if the wrong shipping address is provided. we are not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice.All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed accordingly in the checkout page. In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. For expedited shipping estimated cost will be an estimate and at times it actually ends up being less than quoted, but not always. When shipped, if there is any difference between what was charged and the actual shipping and handling cost, it will be refunded back to you and your invoice will display what was actually charged for the shipping and handling. Otherwise shipping rates are in accordance with USPS.

Due to restrictions, shipping is not available for APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To return an online purchase please refer to the below procedures. The return and exchange Policy described below is only applicable to online purchases made through www.cinnamonmotif.com.

ALL PACKAGES MUST BE UNWORN AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL ORIGINAL LABELs. Again, returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Customers will assume shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee if returns are requested after that time.

B. REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be made to the same source (Debit/Credit) card originally used to purchase the item. All sales of items marked as "SALE" or have been discounted are FINAL and cannot be returned and your invoice will be marked FINAL SALE. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You may return an item for an exchange for a different size or a different item of equal value up to 10 days from the date of purchase. However, the customer pays for their own return and all items must have original tags attached.
Please include your proof of purchase with the products you wish to return and include it in your package of returned item(s). We will reimburse the original purchase price to either your original method of payment or as a Gift Card, whichever you choose.
Under garments purchased from The Cinnamon Motif Boutique are not returnable: Stocking, Bras, Underwear, etc.

Are there any special conditions to the return policy?
All return packages attempted to be delivered without a return authorization (claim) number will be declined and shipped back to the sender. The merchandise must be unworn and be accompanied by copy of your invoice or your PO number. In some occasions, refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders are returned due to customers’ error and are subject to additional shipping fees.
To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within 30 days of purchase) in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
- Products showing excessive wear and tear. Products differ, but generally, wear and tear is considered excessive if the product is nearing the end of its practical use, or just looks heavily-worn.
- Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
- Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
- Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned
- On rare occasions, past habitual abuse of our Return Policy
- Products purchased from third party sellers (Items purchased at one of our retail partners must be returned to them and are subject to their return policies).

D. What is a Special-Order?
In an effort to help customers be the first to get a predicted bestseller, some items are listed on the site before we we receive the actual merchandise. These items will have the word "Special Order" appended to the style number and a "PREORDER" banner spanning across the bottom of the style's image.
Typically this merchandise takes anywhere from 10 to 15 days to arrive. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. Limited quantities of the special orders items are available.
F. Do you have a showroom?
As much as we’d love to meet you, we do not have a showroom. Since we are solely an e-commerce provider, we want to focus on offering you the best quality styles and pricing daily. With several online marketplaces, our merchandise moves quicker than a showroom may allow. And we don't want to subject our customers to increased pricing due to huge overhead.
